What are your access and office hours?
Both facilities offer gate access between the hours of 6:00am - 10:00pm daily, including all holidays. Our office hours are 8:00am - 6:00pm every day of the week.
Am I required to store long-term?
All Leases are month-to-month. Store with us short or long-term!
How do I pay my storage bill?
Pay your storage bill online using a debit/credit card or ACH bank transfer. You also have the option to mail your payment via check or money order. We even accept forms of social payments such as Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, etc. We highly recommend registering for Autopay so you do not miss your bill and incur any fees!
What information do I need to provide to rent a unit?
To rent a unit, you'll need valid identification (driver's license, state ID, passport, or military ID), a form of payment (lisited above), your contact information (name, address, phone number, and email), proof that you are 18 or older, and proof of insurance - either your own renter's insurance or homeowner's policy or one purchased through the facility.
What items am I not allowed to store?
Perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items, or liquids. See your Rental Agreement for more specifics!
